I've been working up. ...Too much hula hooping? huh?<br />I've been working up. I now usually do about 5 yoga moves for warm up, advanced step once, expert rythmn boxing twice and then table tilt once or twice... I still can't drop any pounds though... but i am starting to feel in better shape..Jessnoreply@blogger.com
