Last night as I was reading blogs I was inspired to make a banner to add to my front porch. So I grabbed some patriotic looking fabric from my stash and made a banner to hang. I don't have a whole lot of red, white and blue in my house so a banner was just what I needed.

I came over from Kari and Kjsa's and your home looks so lovely and inviting :) Can't help but notice that cute little Westie in the yard...is it your's?? We are contemplating getting one...just wondering what you think...if it IS really your's or just a neighbor's wondering about?? Love your blog!
Thanks Kay! I read up on your blog last night...so I figured he was your's :) I'm glad to hear your words about him. We've heard they can be very stubborn...but what puppy isn't? one is sure to get plenty of exercise at our house, as we have 2 boys!!! Our shi-tzu (16) died 2 years ago and our lab (12) died 1 1/2 years ago. We think we are ready to enter the puppy years again??? I think it took our lab 1 1/2 years before he decided he didn't have to be so crazy and we'd love him even more!!?? Thanks for visiting my blog and the helpful info! I'll keep you posted!
